The VISA Fall JV Fleet Championship Regatta, hosted by Poquoson HS, was held at Youth Sail Virginia (YSV) on Mill Creek at Ft. Monroe, VA. The conditions were sunny with SW winds of 6-10 knots. Perfect courses were run by PRO David Chase who was assisted with mark sets by Ric Handly. Racing started at 9:15am and 10 races were sailed before the 1pm cutoff. Poquoson team Mom's Candy DiCarlo and Jennifer Wise made sure Halloween candy was available for all volunteers!
