The sailors arrived to Chautauqua Lake with rain and low clouds and light wind. As the morning went on the rain stopped and the wind started building as the clouds burned off. We saw winds gusts up to 28-29 kts so we took a small 2 hour lunch break and waited for the wind to let up some. The RC then started up around 3pm as the wind had slowly backed off to 15-20 and were able to finish up the day with 6 races in each division.
It was a cold frosty morning, but the sun was out and things warmed up relatively quickly to the low 40s. The RC started the day off with an AP at the dock while we waited for the wind to fill it. Race 7A started at 10:45am and the wind filled in nicely out of the southwest 12-15kts. Congratulations to all our sailors on a great regatta.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
