Sailors faced light, shifting conditions throughout their day on the Anacostia River. The morning started with 3-5 kts of breeze from ESE, shutting off slightly after noon. Sailors were able to get 3 races in before an abandoned race and a postponement. After close to an hour on land, the wind filled in from the Potomac to the west. Windspeeds sustained 2-4 kts in the afternoon, with three more races sailed before ending the day with an even 6 races.
