Winds were light out of the North and backing throughout the morning to the west. We never saw more than 5 kts but there was enough to beat the swirling current of Port Jefferson Harbor--a beautiful late summer day.
It was a light turnout for NYISA-SE as many teams are just starting school. Mamaroneck and Stony Brook enjoyed some racing. A total of 4 races per division were sailed. Mamaroneck finished 1st and 3rd overall and Stony Brook took 2nd.
