Summary: SAISA North Points #3 HS Regatta
It was so cool to observe the SAISA North Points #3 Regatta at Lake Lanier Sailing Club today. The weather cooperated with wind of 11kts/gusts 18-20 (somewhat challenging) with temps dropping throughout the day (as predicted). The racing was great. It's encouraging to see High School competitors intereact politely and friendly to eachother and for the kids to be respectful and kind to the adults as well. Thank you to everyone who helped this event be wonderful: Sailors, Parents, Judges, LLSC and AYC Volunters - and especially Daniel Postell who did an amazing job pulling everything together. In Daniel's words: It was AWESOME STATUS!
Here are some pics - sorry the racing photos aren't closer. Maybe other people can add good on-the-water photos.
Congratulations to the winning Teams and everyone who participated - it wasn't an "easy" day!
Safe travels home.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
