VISA welcomed 18 teams from 13 schools. Sailors were able to get out on the water quickly with the first race beginning at 9:25AM. Winds were consistent out of the east at 11 kts with gusts up to 15 kts. Seas were flat. First place went to Norfolk Academy Bulldogs 1, with Hampton Roads Navigators taking second, and Christchurch Seahorses 1 taking third place.
