Four schools from VISA competed in the annual Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools annual championship fleet regatta at Norfolk Yacht club under clear blue skies, and winds at about NNE 15-18 mph with gusts just over 20. Winds eased as the afternoon progressed, to the 12-15 mph range with gusts around to 14-18.
Eight races were completed - 7 on a W-4 course and 3 on a W-3 course.
