First race started just after 10 am with light (5 kts) from the SE. By noon, the breeze picked up to mostly 9-11 kts under sunny skies and mid-70's temperature. Great sailing conditions overall. The full 9 race first round robin was completed by 4:30 pm.
After the first round robin, Grosse Pointe South was in the lead and the top 6 teams advanced to the Gold Round Robin on Sunday and the bottom 3 moved into the Silver Round Robin.
Sunday was the Gold/Silver round robins.
