Conditions on the Anacostia River were cloudy with intermittent light rain and around 62 degrees throughout the day. First race at 10:00, wind was a steady 2-5 kts from the NE. The wind angle continually clocked back and forth, with adjustments to the top mark between most races. After the 3rd B fleet race, the wind began to die off. A fourth race was sailed just in time, as the wind pressure withered away, finishing off the set.
After a brief break due to lack of steady pressure, Fleet A went back out to attempt another race. After two abandoned races due to shifting/dying wind, the day was called and racers departed the dock by 15:30.
Thanks to all the DC Sail staff for their efforts on the water, and to the coaches and sailors for coming out to DC for the day. Congrats to Severn on the top placement!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
