After two weeks in which sailing was not completed for different reasons, the fourth week of the NJISA Toms River Fall Series saw six races sailed, three in each division. A south-southwest breeze started in the low teens and tapered off as the sun began to set.
Southern Regional won the day by seven points over CBA 2, who beat out CBA 1 by a single point. Donovan 3 and CBA 3 rounded out the top five. CBA 2 won A Division, while Southern won B Division.
