Afer a comprehensive competitors and umpire meeting clearly defining the 2-flag umpire system, racing began at 1030 for five NYISA-SE teams in West Harbor, Oyster Bay. A single round robin was completed in a consistent 8-10 kt northerly. Teams went to shore for a break and then completed a second round robin in a 8-12kt northerly, totaling 20 races for the day.
