16 Boats with freshman and sophomores from 12 schools competed. The weather was cloudy with steady winds of 6 - 8 MPH from the northeast. Winchester won the day, dominating in the B fleet. Sharon finished second and Manchester Essex finished third. THERE WERE NO PROTESTS!
