The day started with no wind and 16 teams set to sail for the day. After careful consideration, the regatta was re worked into four groups of four teams. A gentle breeze filled in, and a Championship round was set with the winner of each group. Entered in this round was Holland Mixed, GPS-Blue, Spring Lake Red, and TCC. TCC had to leave the regatta for prom night, so next in line was accepted by BR.
Congratulations to Holland Mixed for winning the last round.
Thank you to David Gerber, Liz Zimmerman, Eric Lind PRO, and Eric Ellison for making this event possible. We also thank all of our coaches, parents, and all who made this day a fun filled experience. TACS gave out gifts, provided food, and friendship for all involved.
