Sailed out of the Diamond Teague facility on the Anacostia river gave greater course area, however wind was inconsistent throughout the day. We started with 7 knots of breeze that died during B-division race 2. The wind was then light and variable for several hours until approximately 2:30 pm when it finally picked up. We finished the day with 4 races per division.
