10 Teams from Western Michigan traveled to the Macatawa Bay Junior Association and were greeted by clear skies and a cool NNW breeze that started around 12-18mph in the morning but eventually built to 20-25mph with gusts up to 30mph in the afternoon. Racing was eventually called for the day at 2:30pm, after race 6A. Despite a few wipeouts and swamped boats, competitors handled the conditions very well and did so with a smile on their face. Thank you to all of our parent volunteers and competitors who helped make the event a success!
