The day started with the sailors removing about 10 inches of snow from the boats. It turned into a beautiful spring day on Casco Bay with sunny skies, blue water and a shifty northwest wind of 4-8 knots with some higher puffs. PRO Kevin Schwarm ran six races in each Division, all windward-leeward gate-windward-finish. Congrats to Southern Maine team 1 on the victory. Please note that the team listed as Boothbay was composed of two sailors from Boothbay sailing A division and two sailors from Yarmouth sailing B division. Thanks to the Yarmouth parents who provided a warm lunch for the sailors and coaches.
