Sailors arrived to the Florida Yacht Club to warm weather but no breeze. Boats were launched and kept in the water in the front basin while we were postponed on shore. At 11am the first races was started in 4-6 knots from the south. The breeze continued to build all day and shift towards the west. The race committee was able to get 8 A races in and 6 B races when racing was concluded at 5:30pm. With a good forecast for Sunday, the start time was moved up to 9am.
Sailors arrived Sunday to the forecasted breeze and races were started on time at 9am with 6-8 knots from the west. This continued to build and we were able to complete 6 full rotations for a total of 24 races. Congratulations to South Fork, St. Thomas Acquinas and Antilles for qualifying for Nationals. A special thanks to our race committee volunteers as well as Bishop Kenny and the Florida Yacht Club for hosting this event!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
