PRO Boye, and the sailors, were challenged by the light shifty conditions. Racing was intermittent. A fleet got in 4 races and B 2 between noon and 5:30 pm on a W1 course.
Racing got underway shortly after 11 in shifty winds, and eventually settled in to a steady northerly. Because of the light pressure PRO Boye set a W1 course. B fleet completed five races and A 4, but their final race was not scored because B could not get their last start off in the prescribed time.
