The first day of the 2018 Spring Series was successful with eleven boats from four New Orleans area schools. Teams set up the boats in the rain but by the time the first race was sailed the rain had ceased. The rain did leave behind a nice rainbow for the sailors to enjoy for the evening. Three races were completed with a south wind around 10mph and temps in the 70s.
