SCC JV

Summary

Saturday, May 5:

14 teams showed up bright and early for a 0905 competitors' meeting to start the day. Multiple schools were able to send out second or even third teams to get our entire fleet of 18 FJ's racing throughout the day. A fresh northeast breeze lasted through the first rotation, then died off to light and variable averaging from the east. Race committee and three mark boats full of helpful parents and varsity sailors worked hard to chase the shifts and keep the course as square as possible. Four races were completed in each division before race committee made the decision to call the regatta and give everyone an early ride home. Congratulations to Severn for the win, and we look forward to seeing many of you at the JV Championship in two weeks!

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
