Allen Kilgore has organized and served as PRO for the VISA Women's Fleet Race Championship every spring since 2012. This year, nine team from 7 schools met at Fort Monroe to compete for berths at the first ever MASSA Girls Fleet Championship to be held on May 5-6. 2018.

Norfolk Collegiate School captured first place, followed by Christchurch School Team 1 in second place and hristchurch School Team 2 in third place. Congratulations to Norfolk Collegiate School, Christchurch School and Grafton HIgh School for earning berths in the MASSA Girls Fleet Championship.
