8 RI teams gathered at Sail Newport in a very light wind for Fleet Racing. Luckily the wind filled in from the Northeast allowing race committee to get in 6 races for both divisions, switching from a W2 to a W4 as necessary. Sailors were challenged with having many wind shifts and lulls throughout the course. Congrats to Barrington that won B Div and Portsmouth that took top honors in A Div and overall top honors.
