A bright sunny day greeted competitors who headed onto the Potomac River. A 5-8 knot northerly backed slowly toward the west throughout the day. Rotations off the Potomac-side beach were completed smoothly, with one or two quickly-repaired breakdowns. A full round robin was completed and teams had a 15 minute break on shore before returning to the water for a rotationless final four. Thanks to Stu Egeli on race committee and to all sailor and parent volunteers who made the regatta happen! We look forward to hosting the MDISA Fleet Qualifiers in two weeks.
