Nine teams from 8 schools met for 2x2 team racing on the Lafayette River. Winds were SW at 7-10 diminishing to unsailable by 11:15AM. After postponement, racing was abandoned.
A full round robin of 45 races was attempted, and 15 races were completed. Races were rescored as individual matches. Norfolk Collegiate Team 2 took first place, followed by Norfolk Academy and Norfolk Collegiate Team 2 tied for second place.
