Winds were 16-17 mph with some gusts reaching 30 mph. Wind was blowing from Bellevue area, so it was not too wavy. There were quite a few capsizes throughout the day. Air temps were in the high 40's. The Race Committee decided to end the regatta early on the final rotation from A to B when it was a solid 24 for 7 minutes and we were worried about rotating the boats in the wind again.
