At this years 2021 South Points #1 Regatta at Ransom Everglades School weather conditions were partly sunny with morning temps 62F warming to 72F with NW winds from 10kts with gusts to 20kts. The 18 high-school teams completed a total of fourteen races. We even had Antilles and Good Hope Day School visiting from the USVI. This regatta was a SAISA Mallory Qualifier for the Caribbean teams. No teams needed to bring 420's so all races were in equal competitive boats. Each race completed was 15-17 minutes in length. Two starts were General Recall, resulting in I-Flag starts. Three instances that boats were flipped, but were recovered.
