The sailors started the day on land with no wind and the fog trying to burn off. A few NE breezes tempted the fleet to rig and push off, but they died as quickly as they came in. After a long lunch break, a southerly filled in by 1:30pm giving the fleet a chance.
Pushing out to the edge of Brenton Cove, race committee was able to get all 6 races in with a light breeze, using a combined division format. Much thanks to Gregg Dietrich from Portsmouth Abbey for his efforts in the Mark Boat. Best of luck to the Qualifiers!
