It was a beautiful day in the Bay with shifty winds from the north and west early. After a period of slack wind at about noon, the wind clocked around to the southwest and held strong until late afternoon. 7 teams from 5 schools competed for the Mississippi Fleet Racing Championship and an overall category which included out of state teams. St. Stanislaus placed first for the MS Champs and first overall. St. Patrick placed second for the MS Champs and second overall. Gulfport placed third for the MS Champs and Ursuline Academy placed third overall. Great job sailors!!!
