Sunday was a great day at SailMaine! We started our first race, 1A, in only about 2-3 knots at 10:55am. by 11:15am, a 5-6 knots sea breeze filled from 120 degrees, ESE which held for the remainder of the day. We finished 2 full sets, 4 races per division in prime sailing conditions. A moderate breeze, a flood tide and flat water made for easy sailing. All 8 races were run smoothly with no breakdowns or hiccups.
Thank you to all the teams who participated and the coaches who helped run a fantastic regatta!
