VISA welcomed 19 teams from 10 schools. Sailors were able to get out on the water quickly with the first race beginning at 9:30AM. Winds started out consistent out of the west at 8-12 kts. At 11:30 winds shifted NW and were around 5-10 kts with gusts up to 12 kts. Seas were flat. First place went to Norfolk Collegiate Oaks Team 1, with Kecoughtan Warriors taking second, and Granby Comets taking third place.
