Seventeen teams from 11 schools competed on the protected flat waters of Mill Creek at Fort Monroe in Hampton, VA. At 57 degrees and partly cloudy skies, conditions were moderate with winds generally 12 to 15 mph (with a brief drop to 5), initially west of south, clocking to due west and finally back to southwest. Gusts averaged 2-3 mph above sustained, reaching just above 20 a few times.
Seven races in each of two divisions were accomplished on a W-4/W-3 course. Norfolk Academy took first place with 38 points, showing a strong lead against Norfolk Collegiate School in second place with 70 points, and Christchurch School in third place with 77 points.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
