Saturday saw the wind fill in by about 12:30 and racing commenced shortly thereafter. Winds built out of the west/southwest from about 5knots to a steady 10-15 with oscillations from 240 - 270. Racing lasted until about 5pm
Sunday's starts were delayed one hour to accommodate a crew regatta. Due to space constraints, we had the starting line just off Coast Guard island on a 260-degree bearing for the course axis as the wind held steady most of the day. Current was a major issue at the windward mark, and winds were stronger on the top of the course. The start line saw puffs to about 10 knots, but the windward mark saw puffs near 15. Each division sailed two races, and then each came out for just one race in the final rotation.
The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
