Chamber of Commerce conditions for the 1st fall high school regatta hosted by the Foundry at Cleveland's Historic Coast Guard Station. 16 teams competed in 12 races in the Foundry's new E420s. Winds were light at 5-6 knots to start and slowly built to 9 - 11 knots out of the Northeast. You couldn't have asked for a better day; sun shining and 83 degrees. Sam Patterson did a fantastic job as PRO keeping the Varsity teams and JV teams moving around a W4 course like a well conducted ballet.
