A little bit of history was made on the third week of the NJISA 2019 Fall Series, as two fleets were sailed simultaneously for the first time out of Toms River Yacht Club. A shifty and light westerly breeze gave the 36 boats a good test of light air sailing throughout the 10 total W4 races.
Rumson-Fair Haven emerged as the day's winner by 10 points over second place Toms River North. CBA's first team, Ranney, and CBA's second team rounded out the top-five. RFH won A Division by a point over Southern Regional, while RFH won the B Division on a tiebreaker over Toms River North.
Thanks to CBA's Jody Lutz for running the races and Dave Magno for serving as the mark boat. Many thanks to TRYC, the BBYRA, and OCC for use of the facility, CFJs, and C420s.
