Twenty-four teams from 15 schools presented at the Rappahannock River for fleet racing. Teams were divided into 2 fleets on the same course. The first team from each school (Team 1's) competed in FJ's and are scored as the Team 1 Regatta, while additional teams (Team 2-6's) competed in 420's and are scored as the team 2 regatta. Today's races were delayed due to light wind. Boats were launched at 0955 hours. The wind started from the east at below 7 knots and died, causing the first 420 (Team 2) race to be abandoned. The wind later picked up, and switched to the west. There was a total of 9 boats sailing the Team two course. The top three finishes are: Christchurch #1; Christchurch #2; and Norfolk Academy. The top three finishes in A Division are; CCS#1; CCS#2; Kecoughtan. The top three finishes in B Division are: NA; CCS#2; CCS#1.
