A beautiful, seasonally warm low 80's clear day on Mill Creek brought 16 single division JV teams from 9 schools. Winds were southerly 8-12mph with gusts to about 20. Seas were lumpy. The course was W-4/W-3.
Poquoson Team 2 took first place, followed by Grafton High School Team 1 in second, and Norfolk Academy Team 1 in third place.
