The South Regional Regatta in Silverdale landed on a sunny break from the series of squalls we have been experiencing. Racing got underway at 10:30 with an 8 knot southerly, and the breeze decreased steadily throughout the day. By 2PM we were postponed and anticipating a northeasterly for continued racing. Just as restless travelers began inching toward the boat ramp, the breeze filled in but it did not last long enough to complete more racing. Many thanks to everyone for contributing boats, time, and effort to pull off a mostly successful event.
