Racing began promptly after the skippers meeting off the Carolina Yacht Club docks in Charleston harbor. Winds were 8-10. The wind built steadily to 12-15 with gusts of 18 by 1PM. No protests were filed as competitors took on the water penalty turns. Racing concluded about 4PM. Thanks to Scott Bartley and the entire on the water volunteer committee.
