Challenging weather for the sailors today. Winds shifting 40 degrees as well as offshore shifting. Gusts varied anywhere between 5 - 12 knots. Glad the sun was out for most of the day!
20 teams from 12 schools participated in this challenging regatta. Congratulations goes out to Norfolk Collegiate School for their first place finish. The Oaks were followed by Christchurch School in second place with Hampton Roads Academy taking third place. Great job to all the sailors.
A big “Thank you” goes out to the Race Committee and volunteers! We couldn’t have done this without you. Thank you to the friends and family who came out to see their sailors at the regatta as well. Another regatta in the books!
