After a brief delay and an early lunch break a nice Southerly filled in and racing got underway shortly before noon. An outgoing tide made for a few general recalls and the RC instituted the "one-minute rule" for all starts. Four races were sailed in each division before the breeze backed to the left slight and increased to 8-12 knots coming straight up the Thames River. Four more races were sailed with all courses W-4.
A- Division sailed Z420's and B-Division were in FJ's with all boats having new sails. The competitors and coaches did a great job expediting the rotation so we could get in 16 total races for the day. There were no protests or breakdowns filed.
